mcm tu ke tgkah laku yg sewajarnyer??

entry ini hanya luahan rasa ketidakpuasan hati..sila alert ttg itu ya...!!!
bberapa hari sblm ni,ak tpksa berurusan di beberapa buah kaunter. non profit organization and also profit organization.dan semua urusan ini dh selamat pon dilaksanakan..cuma terdapat beberapa rasa terkilan dgn mereka yg menguruskan kaunter.

based on what i learn, customer is a valuable person to organization and because of that, people or customer service person need to treat customer politely and respect to them.
but,what i had experienced few days before really make me upset.

kalo dh jaga kaunter.please..behave.jga tgkahlaku tu.aku tau ko bengang sbb line internet slow dan menyebabbkn ko xleh akses borg online.masa tu plak terdapat beberapa org pkcik kt dpn ko.wlau pun xdkt,tp msh leh dgr apa yg ko ckpkn.ok? i assume u were teenagers.around 21-25,mempunyai pgkat jika nk dibandingkn dgn pkcik2 n aku yg ada kt situ. n ku rasa xpatotla ko mencarut2 dgn beberapa perkatan yg lgsung xsedap di dengar oleh mereka yg berada di sekeliling ko..u know what?it makes kitorg yg mdengar ni rasa skt hati dgn sikap ko tu.
mcm tu ke sepatutnye sikap org yg handle customer complaints?
even bdk2kecil pon tau kita kena hormat org yg lbh tua.jaga tutur kata.ni kan plak org
yg ada pangkt n diberi mandat jg kaunter,dealing with people, represent ur company.so why did u need to behave like that??
